Experienced UK marketing Lead for Clothing brand - bonuses paid

Hi we are currently looking for an experienced UK marketing Lead for our Clothing brand. We are also offering bonuses and profit-share for sales that are generated by your hard work. We are ideally looking for someone who is assertive and confident, having experience in sales and marketing possibly clothing (or anything sales based) and someone who is able to be innovative with new ideas, strategies and concepts. We are currently a small clothing company and we're looking to grow and would like to bring someone on board with fresh ideas who has experience in seeing different campaigns executed and become successful. We are a light-hearted clothing brand whose clothing concepts are surrounded by fun and humour. Ideally if you have some level of experience in working directly (Or indirectly) with UK and European markets and clothing brands. This can be across social media marketing, branding awareness campaigns, collaboration concepts with influencers. We do not have a huge spending budget but we are open to realistic offers and suggestions. This will likely be an ongoing position for the right candidate and will either be in segments of hourly work or will be project based.
