Stage 4 Technical Plans
Hello, We require Stage 4 technical plans to submit to Building Control. Please find the current drawings attached for your review. Separately, we may also be interested in commissioning an overall site layout/masterplan for the property. This would show how the various areas are intended to be used, including elements such as the driveway, parking, orchard, vegetable growing areas, seating spaces, grazing land, and any other future landscaping or land-use proposals. This is primarily for our own long-term planning purposes and is not essential to the erection or installation of the barn itself. Finally, if you work closely with any Building Control specialists or approved inspectors, we have not yet appointed anyone and would be happy to receive recommendations and quotations for this aspect of the project as well. If possible, could you also provide a fee proposal/quotation for the Stage 4 plans and any additional services outlined above? I look forward to hearing from you and discussing the next steps. Best, Dan

24 days ago25 proposalsRemoteRepair Existing excel Business Workbook/ not a rebuild
I am looking for an experienced Microsoft Excel developer to assess and repair an existing business workbook called LIOS (LiquirigS Intelligent Operating System). This workbook has been developed over several years and is used daily to run key parts of my business. I am not looking for a new system or a complete rebuild. My objective is to repair and preserve the existing workbook wherever possible. The workbook appears to function correctly in most areas. However, I believe there is a fault within the sales import process, and I would like an experienced Excel specialist to inspect the workbook and provide an independent assessment. Before carrying out any work, I would like you to: * Inspect the workbook. * Explain whether it is repairable. * Identify the issues you find. * Recommend the best solution. * Provide a fixed-price quotation before making any changes. If the workbook can be repaired, I would like the existing functionality preserved wherever possible. Please include in your reply: * Your experience repairing large Excel workbooks. * Your experience with VBA, Power Query and advanced Excel formulas. * Whether you have repaired existing business systems rather than building new ones. * Your estimated number of hours for the work. The workbook will only be shared with shortlisted freelancers after an initial discussion due to the confidential nature of the business data. Please do not quote for a complete rebuild unless, after inspection, you can explain why the existing workbook cannot reasonably be repaired.

UK Commercial Litigation Solicitor
We are looking for an experienced UK Commercial Litigation Solicitor to provide urgent legal advice regarding a dispute with our third-party fulfilment and warehousing provider. This is a business-to-business commercial contract dispute governed by the laws of England and Wales. Background We entered into a signed fulfilment and warehousing agreement with a UK third-party logistics (3PL) provider. The agreement contains an express clause requiring 30 days' written notice for termination by either party. On 27 June 2026, we served written notice to terminate the agreement in accordance with the contract. On 30 June 2026, the fulfilment provider confirmed in writing that: Friday, 3 July 2026 would be the final day they would dispatch our customer orders. They were still reconciling and packing our inventory. They could only "try" to have our stock ready for collection. They anticipated that multiple collections might be required. Our concern is that the provider intends to cease providing the contracted fulfilment service only six days after receiving our contractual notice, rather than continuing to perform the agreement throughout the agreed 30-day notice period. We require urgent legal advice on whether the provider is entitled to end the service before the contractual notice period expires, whether this amounts to a breach of contract, and whether we have grounds to recover the financial losses arising from these actions. Advice Required We require an experienced solicitor to review: The signed fulfilment agreement. The contractual termination provisions. Email correspondence. The actions taken during the notice period. Our legal position. Any potential breaches of contract. Our prospects of recovering financial losses. Specifically, we require advice on: Whether the fulfilment provider has complied with the contractual 30-day notice provisions. Whether they were required to continue performing the agreement throughout the notice period. Whether ending the fulfilment service after only six days constitutes a breach of contract. Whether requiring us to collect our stock before the expiry of the contractual notice period is lawful. Whether we have grounds to recover financial losses, including additional transport, fulfilment costs, lost sales and other consequential losses where recoverable. Whether a Letter Before Claim should now be issued. What immediate steps we should take to protect our legal position before collecting our stock. Documents Available Please only apply if you have experience in: Commercial contract disputes Commercial litigation. Warehousing and logistics agreements. Third-party fulfilment (3PL) contracts. Recovery of commercial losses. Please include details of your relevant experience, similar matters you have acted on, your hourly rate or fixed-fee proposal, your availability for an urgent consultation, and whether you would be able to continue acting for us should the matter proceed beyond the initial advice. Timescale This matter is urgent. We are looking to appoint a solicitor immediately and would ideally like an initial consultation within the next 24 hours. Our objective is to establish whether the fulfilment provider has breached the agreement, protect our legal position before our stock is collected, and recover any financial losses arising from any proven breach.
19 days ago11 proposalsRemoteWordPress Website Revamp – Personal Portfolio Website
Project Overview I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to revamp my existing personal portfolio website. The website is currently built on WordPress and is live. The objective is to create a modern, clean, responsive website that reflects my professional portfolio and is easy to maintain and update over time. I already have a wireframe, page structure, content direction, and key design elements in mind. The final design is not fixed, and I welcome practical suggestions to improve the overall look and user experience without significantly changing the original direction. Scope of Work • Revamp the existing WordPress website based on the agreed direction. • Back up the existing website before making any changes. • Reuse selected portfolio items, downloadable resources, images, and content where appropriate. • Remove outdated content and pages. • Create a responsive website that works well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Configure a secure contact form with spam protection. • Apply basic on-page SEO best practices. • Create a portfolio section that makes it easy to add, edit, and manage new portfolio projects in the future while maintaining consistent image quality and presentation. • Create a resources/downloads section that is equally easy to maintain and expand over time. • The website will consist of a small number of core pages (e.g., Home, About, Portfolio, Resources, Contact). Portfolio projects and downloadable resources should be implemented using reusable templates or a dynamic structure where appropriate and should not be treated or priced as individual pages. • Keep the implementation clean, lightweight, and easy to maintain so I can independently update portfolio items, images, downloadable resources, and website content without requiring developer assistance. Development Approach • Build the new website in a development/staging environment while keeping the existing website live. • Share progress periodically for review. • Incorporate feedback and revisions where necessary to achieve the expected outcome. • Publish the new website only after final approval. Hosting The website is currently hosted on WordPress hosting. Hosting migration is not part of the current scope. If you believe changing hosting would provide significant benefits, you are welcome to mention it separately. Deliverables • Fully functional WordPress website. • Backup of the existing website. • Production-ready website after approval. • Step-by-step guide (PDF or Word) explaining how to: ◦ Add and manage portfolio items. ◦ Update images. ◦ Edit text and pages. ◦ Upload downloadable resources. • One knowledge transfer session (video call) to explain website administration and answer questions. • Administrator credentials and a list of plugins used. Proposal Requirements Please include: • Examples of similar portfolio or personal branding websites you have developed. • Live website references (where available). • Your recommended approach for this project. • Estimated timeline. • Fixed-price quote. • Number of revision rounds included. • Your working hours and time zone. • Whether you will personally complete the work or work with a team.
