The Role This is **not a sales role**. You will be contacting existing members who have previously registered with Beaufort Private Equity. Some members may have become less engaged over time, unsubscribed from communications, changed email addresses, or simply not spoken with us for a while. Your role will be to reconnect with these members, understand their current situation, gather feedback, update records where required, and help strengthen relationships within our investor community. You will be representing Beaufort and therefore must be able to communicate professionally and confidently with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and senior professionals. Responsibilities * Reconnect with existing members in a friendly, professional manner. * Update member contact information where required. * Understand why members may have disengaged from communications. * Gather feedback and insights from members. * Reintroduce members to our weekly updates, events, and communications. * Identify members who would welcome further contact from our team. * Maintain accurate call notes and CRM records. * Represent the Beaufort brand professionally at all times. * Escalate any opportunities, concerns, or member feedback to the team where appropriate. What We're Looking For We are specifically seeking someone who has: * Strong outbound calling experience. * Excellent communication, rapport-building, and listening skills. * A warm, professional, and relationship-focused approach. * Confidence speaking with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and senior decision-makers. * Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records. * A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Highly Desirable Experience Experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous: * Financial Services * Wealth Management * Private Equity * Investment Firms * Investor Relations * Membership Organisations * Professional Services * Business Coaching or Consulting Important This role is focused on relationship building, member engagement, and client care. We are **not** looking for aggressive salespeople or script-readers. We are looking for someone who can build rapport quickly, hold intelligent conversations, make people feel valued, and represent our business professionally. Application Requirements To help us identify the most suitable candidates, please include the following in your proposal: 1. A brief overview of your outbound calling experience. 2. Details of any experience working with investors, financial services firms, wealth management businesses, membership organisations, or professional services companies. 3. Examples of member engagement, client retention, reactivation, or relationship-building projects you have worked on. 4. Your expected hourly rate. 5. Your availability over the next four weeks. 6. How many quality outbound calls you would typically expect to complete per hour. 7. A short voice recording (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining why you would be suitable for this role. ### Important Please start your proposal with the words: **MEMBER ENGAGEMENT** Applications that do not follow this instruction may not be considered. 14 days ago6 proposalsRemoteSeeking eCommerce Beta Testers
Beta Tester - Optagen Portal & Integrations What you’re testing The Optagen portal lets you manage multiple stores by bringing together data from your commerce, analytics, accounting, inventory, and CRM systems. It creates a single ranked action list, with each recommendation labeled for trust and checked against real results. We need beta testers to use the portal with real store data and identify what breaks, what’s slow, what’s missing, and what doesn’t match reality. Integration coverage required You will test syncing and data accuracy across these integrations: Commerce platforms: Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console Shipping/3PL: ShipBob, ShipStation, Easyship Inventory systems: Cin7, Katana Accounting: QuickBooks, Xero Marketing/CRM: Klaviyo You don’t need to use every integration—just test the ones you already use. We’re aiming for each tester to cover at least 3 or 4 integrations from different categories. What we’re asking 1. Sync completeness: Check if all the expected fields from each integration show up in the portal. Are SKU, pricing, margin, sales, traffic, inventory, and competitor data there? 2. Refresh latency: See how long it takes for changes in your source system (like a price update in Shopify or a GA4 event) to show up in the ranked plan. 3. Data accuracy: Choose 5 to 10 data points you can check in both your source system and Optagen. Do they match? 4. Signal read accuracy: The portal calculates metrics such as AI visibility, SKU margins, demand signals, returns concentration, pricing elasticity, and competitor share of voice. Check these against your store. Do they make sense? Can you find the data sources if you look for them? 5. Ranked plan stability: Run the same store scan twice in one week. Does the ranked plan update based on new data, or does it stay the same? Are the revenue-impact numbers realistic? What we’re not asking * Testing the governed execution agent (scheduled to ship later; currently in development) * Load testing or scale testing * Security testing or pen testing * UX/design feedback (we’ll gather that separately) Timeline and access * Beta runs from [DATE] to [DATE] * You’ll get portal access for your own stores, using your real data—not test data. * We’ll keep an eye on logs and collect diagnostics if something fails. Please report any issues as they happen via a feedback button. * We’ll have a weekly sync call to talk about any blockers or patterns you notice. Who should apply * You run 1-5 stores across 2+ of these platforms. * You can verify data accuracy (you know your actual margins, traffic, and sales numbers) * You’re willing to spend 2-4 hours per week auditing sync health and data correctness. * You’re okay with bugs and incomplete features since this is a beta test. When you apply, please indicate: * Which platforms you currently use (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy etc.) * Rough store size (monthly revenue or annual, average order value, SKU count) * Any specific data quality concerns you have with your current setup

Submitting accounts for small limited company
Seeking an accountant to help prepare and submit a small limited company's first CT600 and statutory accounts. Annual income is four figures. I think I have gathered most required information but need guidance on correct formatting, completion of tax computations, filing with Companies House and HMRC, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax obligations. Hoping for a professional to review documents, finalise returns, and confirm successful electronic submission.
Data Scraping - Competitor feedback
I need someone who can look at competitor recommendation websites for certain businesses and then work out who their customers are from people who have left comments of that business. This role is best suited to someone in the UK or at least very familiar with what names are common / uncommon in the UK. There will be names that are too generic and you cannot find the exact person for the business on companies house (like John Smith, Adam Cox, Joe Frost) , so they can be skipped. I need you to find exact businesses and be 100% sure that the company you find belongs to the person who left the comment. This task will take accuracy and care, rather than quickly gathering as much data that wont be needed. The company on Companies House needs to show it is ACTIVE, not anything else. Otherwise move on to the next record. EXAMPLE For example there is a comment from someone called Louise Lamberti (which isnt a very common name) Then i searched the name on Companies House and find the company she has: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/0jr3CzJOVyJKznJUNuQQgwaAZH8/appointments There is no one else with this name as an Officer on Companies House so i am pretty sure this is the company it relates to. Then i need someone to gather as much information as possible on the business which the attached spreadsheet. I need named business email addresses and contact numbers - no personal email addresses! Tab 1 holds information for the business that we need Tab 2 are the different company names that you can search their feedback If you need more clarification please let me know. Looking for someone to work on this for an ongoing basis - will pay £10 per hour and expect to get around 40 records per hour. PLEASE COULD YOU SEND ME AN EXAMPLE ON THE ATTACHED SPREADSHEET OF 2 RECORDS THAT YOU FIND SO I CAN TEST THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORK BEFORE I ACCEPT. Happy to go through a video call to explain in more detail if this is required. £10 per 100 records - ongoing project

High Ticket - Art and Tech Fundraise/Sales.

Seeking an experienced closer to generate and convert high‑value investment leads for investment offering combining Fine Art and Tech, a private, asset‑backed, capital‑protected investment offering steady returns. You will manage lead capture, nurture prospects, and close sophisticated investors. Experience in selling high-ticket financial products or related high ticket sales and closing sizable investment clients is essential. Looking for strategic communicators with proven track records in investment sales and for a long term partnership. Venue Sourcer
We're looking for a highly organised and driven person to help us identify outstanding venues for our rapidly growing community & hobby clubs across the UK. This is much more than simply searching online. We need somebody who is brilliant at researching locations and making smart decisions based on a strict set of criteria. You'll combine Google Maps, Street View, AI tools and good old-fashioned phone calls to find venues that are a perfect fit for our clubs. The ideal person will be fantastic at surveying areas using Google Maps and Street View, assessing things like accessibility, parking, safety, surrounding businesses and the overall suitability of the location. You'll be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to help inform your decision-making and uncover options that others might overlook. You'll also need to be confident picking up the phone and speaking with venue managers to gather information, ask questions and confirm details. We're looking for somebody who is proactive, highly organised and enjoys solving problems rather than simply following instructions. Previous experience in venue sourcing, event planning, hospitality, commercial property or location research would be beneficial, but attitude, initiative and attention to detail are more important than previous experience. When applying, please tell us why you think you'd be a great fit. We're looking for someone who takes pride in finding the very best option, not just the first one.

B2C Website Copywriter - 8 Pages 6000 Words
We’re looking for a talented, B2C, conversion-focused copywriter to rewrite our website for a fast-growing, feel-good, community-led brand. This is a full rewrite across approximately 8 core pages (approx 6000 words), and we want someone who can go beyond describing what we do and instead capture how it actually feels to be part of it. We’ve gathered detailed customer feedback, and the insight is clear: people aren’t buying the activity itself - they’re buying confidence, connection, purpose and a genuine good-mood lift to their week. Your job is to turn those insights into warm, engaging, high-converting copy that speaks directly to those emotions. The tone is critical. It needs to be super friendly, conversational, and written in the kind of language our customers actually use - nothing corporate, nothing over-polished, and absolutely no generic filler. Our core demographic is 45-65, predominantly female. We want copy that feels human, reassuring, and relatable from the very first line. Just as importantly, we do not want AI-written copy - this needs to be crafted by an experienced writer who understands nuance, psychology, and how to reduce hesitation and build trust through words alone. If you’ve worked on DTC, membership, or community-led brands and know how to turn real insights into copy that genuinely connects and converts, we’d love to hear from you. Please provide a sample of your work with your proposal.
