We're a UK digital marketing agency, established since 2011, looking for a warm and reliable freelancer to be the friendly human voice our clients and prospects speak to.
This is a customer-care and relationship role. No technical or marketing knowledge needed. Our team handles all the delivery work. You're the consistent point of contact across three simple touchpoints:
1. When someone books a strategy session, you give them a quick friendly call to confirm they're attending and gather a little background.
2. After we send a proposal, you check in to make sure they have everything they need to make a decision.
3. Every couple of months you call our active clients to ask how things are going, whether anything's missing, and what else they'd like.
After each call you log a short update so anything important reaches the right person.
We're looking for someone naturally warm on the phone, organised, and genuinely good at listening. You notice when "fine" doesn't quite mean fine, and you're happy to ask a gentle follow-up.
You won't be solving technical problems, you'll be capturing them clearly and passing them on.
