UK Market Research Cold Caller

We are looking for a UK-based caller/VA to assist with market research in the loft conversion industry.
This is not a hard sales role. You will be speaking with loft conversion companies, gathering information and completing qualification forms.
You will be using a prepared script, Jotform questionnaire and our power dialer system to make calls efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Call loft conversion companies across the UK using our power dialer
• Speak with owners/enquiry handlers
• Conduct market research calls
• Complete Jotform qualification forms
• Record notes and outcomes
• Identify strong fit companies
• Update CRM / spreadsheets where required
Information gathered includes:
• Coverage areas
• Capacity
• Types of loft projects
• Enquiry sources
• Project volume
• Certifications/memberships
• Interest in future homeowner enquiry projects
Requirements:
• Native UK accent / excellent spoken English
• Confident telephone manner
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Experience with outbound calls preferred
• Comfortable using dialers / CRM systems
• Organised and able to follow processes
Tools provided:

Hours:
Initially, 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase.
KPIs:
• 80 –100 calls per day
• Complete qualification forms
• Identify strong fit companies
• Maintain accurate notes
Bonus structure:
+£5 per completed qualified company profile meeting our ideal criteria, including:
• Decision maker spoken with
• Loft conversion company
• Has capacity for additional projects/enquiries
• Open to future homeowner enquiry opportunities
Additional +£10 bonus for strong fit companies, including factors such as:
• Established business
• Good project volume
• Accreditations / memberships
• Wider coverage areas
• Strong market presence and can take work immediatlely

Qualified profiles are reviewed and audited before bonuses are approved.
