Venue Sourcer

We're looking for a highly organised and driven person to help us identify outstanding venues for our rapidly growing community & hobby clubs across the UK.

This is much more than simply searching online. We need somebody who is brilliant at researching locations and making smart decisions based on a strict set of criteria. You'll combine Google Maps, Street View, AI tools and good old-fashioned phone calls to find venues that are a perfect fit for our clubs.

The ideal person will be fantastic at surveying areas using Google Maps and Street View, assessing things like accessibility, parking, safety, surrounding businesses and the overall suitability of the location. You'll be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to help inform your decision-making and uncover options that others might overlook.

You'll also need to be confident picking up the phone and speaking with venue managers to gather information, ask questions and confirm details. We're looking for somebody who is proactive, highly organised and enjoys solving problems rather than simply following instructions.

Previous experience in venue sourcing, event planning, hospitality, commercial property or location research would be beneficial, but attitude, initiative and attention to detail are more important than previous experience.
