Produce full detailed 3D levels proposals for your project

Review of existing topographical data and production of highly detailed and professional 3D contour levels plans. This will be to planning approval standards and be compliant will all relevant regulatory advice and British Standards. I will utilise Civil 3D design software and my experience of over 10years working within the construction industry to deliver a high-quality product.

I will also provide feedback for the client on constraints, retaining requirements and where I see alterations to the overall layout being beneficial.
