What you get with this Hourlie
I can write in company format if required, use 'traffic light' or points system to highlight dangers and suggest ways to reduce risk. The risk assessment will be written in clear, easy to understand language.
I can provide a risk assessment relevant to a specific task, for a particular type of equipment or specific chemical.
I cannot guarantee your work place will be risk free as it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any documentation provided, however providing this will make you and your staff aware of potential dangers. I can make good recommendations based on 35 years in the horticulture industry and training in a range of garden equipment, machinery and materials, including IOSH Safety Management, chainsaw use and chemical spraying.

What the Seller needs to start the work
I will need details of the task to be undertaken; the location (private or public garden); how many staff are involved; types of equipment used (make and model for machinery - users' manual should be provided if available); trade name, active ingredient and MAPP/MAFF number if applicable; specific limitations of operators, if applicable (for example special needs, pregnant workers, epilepsy).
If you have a company format which you would like to use I will need a copy of the template or an existing risk assessment. If you do not have a format I can produce a template for you at an additional cost, otherwise documents will be delivered in a format which I deem appropriate given the information provided.
I can produce Risk Assessments using traffic light warning systems (red=high risk, orange=medium risk, green=low risk) or a points system according to your preference.
Supporting documents such as COSHH assessments and method statements can be provided at additional cost.
