London, GBAfter being messed about by another individual here on PPH - Colin manage to put things right and got my contract just as I wanted. The contract is clear, concise, contains everything i need and things i hadn't thought of, which Colin helpfully pointed out. And lastly but probably most importantly - the contract is now also legal and would hold up in court (which the old one wouldn't).
Thank you Colin for great work and we'll be back for more soon!

City of London, GBHe met all our expectations and was very patient in our responses due to many business trips away in-between he was a great help and gave quality advice. Will most certainly ask Colin for help in the future

Thank you for your kind words. Can I reproduce them on my website?
Also, there were a couple of questions on the contract, which need clarifying and inputting and I will of course finish it when Vincent returns and sends it back.
I was hoping that Vincent would forget to pay me and send me a watch instead!
Jokes aside to do this work for such a high profile top end brand is very prestigious for me.
best regards

York, GBWasn't very attentive to communication, and although he stated that he would work on amendment's and revisions, as soon as he did the first review, he got inpatient and wanted to Invoice for payment then said he had done his bit ! so a bit of a disappointment
Colin A W.
Colin Ward delivered a full synopsis within 3 days and issued revisions and amendments and projections over and above what was requested. The advice given prevented hidden legal costs from the other side of thousands of pounds for Darron as well as precluding issues under the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act. CW then offered to write to the other side and did so at no extra cost. CW then correctly awaited instruction from the client and a revised set of Heads of Terms. Nothing was forthcoming. After 6 weeks of telephoning and leaving messages with no response CW issued an invoice as it was assumed the job was finished. I would call that patient, CW then received a full lease which had incorporated none of the advice given to Darron and the other side. At this point Darron went back to the other side and CW stated that he had delivered the proposition in full and said the job would need to be re-quoted. Darron then asked for a £20 discount on a £90.00 fee and was met with a pretty robust response. I spent many hours on this work and delivered a full service that saved Darron a lot of money and protected his legal position so am disgusted at his tawdriness. I started this job on April 27 2015 and deliverd OTIF within 3 days and got grudgingly paid £90.00 for £1,000 worth of work, after nearly 3 months then the client says they are disappointed. Priceless.

London, GBReally appreciate all the effort Colin has put into this job. I really admire his patience, and very understanding during a period of health concerns. He communicated really well throughout the job, and I will not hesitate to hire him again for future jobs. Thanks again Colin!
