I need my terms and conditions for customers reworked

Description of legal work: My company assists people to claim welfare benefits and charges a fee when a claim is successful.
Just under 50% of our leads actually sign up to use our service. This may simply be because they do not want to pay (although thanks to cutbacks there are few other free alternatives) or it may be that our agreement and terms of business are too complex and discourage people from signing up. I am looking for a proposal from someone to take a look at our agreement and terms of business and to then rework/improve it/make it easier to understand. I don't want a report telling me what is wrong it I actually want someone to come out with an end product.
I have suggested a fee but am flexible for the right proposal
