Poor communication

Had horrible experience with Alex, although reading these amazing reviews I was surprised. Paid deposit and waited one week for first design sketches to arrive. Nothing came so I messaged him before weekend and after few days got reply that it will be sent over Tuesday, he got design they look amazing. Nothing happened n Tuesday. So another week has gone. Waited 3 weeks in total for nothing, ignorance and not bothering with the job. Normally don't leave bad reviews but this is really some kind of joke and I do have deadlines so being more professional would really help!
Hope it was only my experience.

Fantastic, having given many freelancers lots of different projects over the years. None were as fast, helpful, responsive, committed or communicative as Alex.
And the work he produced for me (working in the night) was excellent! First class service! Thanks Alex

Alex did a great job, and worked with us through our various revisions, always polite and friendly, and had some good ideas, would recommend thanks

Alex was very patient with me adding a changing his designs but I am very pleased with the results.
