I need a product roadmap illustration

I need a product roadmap for the time-period October 2018 - December 2019. There are 2 workstreams with separate deliveries each month that need illustrating, so Company A has 12 deliveries and Company B has 12 deliveries to be presented in the same illustration. Those deliveries are then split into different categories which will need to be illustrated. I'll provide specific details to the successful bid.

I have no specific design requirements in terms of colours, fonts etc - it just needs to look professional and be easy for a user to look at and quickly understand the information being presented.
