Arrange huge text amount in vector shapes; Illustrator& Indesign

Hello! I am looking for a careful and detail-oriented Illustrator & Indesign artworker to help me edit and prepare text / typography based artworks for high-quality giclée printing. The task is basically editing/creating threaded text boxes in vector-based map outlines, and placing a huge amount of text inside. There are 13 map shapes. There are very specific criteria for how I need this done, hence the detailed brief. I also need you to create 4 swatches of the text so I can test print. Please confirm you have read the attached pdf brief in full, and are happy you can deliver against the detailed specification / criteria - please do not apply if you're not 100% sure you can deliver against the detail. The files are vector map outlines with columns of text fill. They are then filled completely with very small pt text (approx 170,000 words). Vector maps with columns are already created (except 2). But some need adjusting and columns recreating. Two files need creating from the vector map outlines which are supplied. Preserving the fine detailing of the map outlines is absolutely essential. They must not be smoothed out. Because there is so much text, Adobe Illustrator will run very slowly. Therefore, we must use both Illustrator and InDesign. You will create the shapes in Illustrator, standardise the source files (there are three artboard sizes), and then move them to InDesign for the text formatting. I will edit the text in Indesign. Please read the steps below and te pdf brief carefully. It's really important that the details of this brief are understood and followed so we don’t have rework. NOTE: we’ll get the First map set up and run the print test so we can choose the font and paper type. Only then will we proceed to fix the other maps. 1) Create the art-boards in illustrator and create or edit the map outlines and the text columns 2) Create an Indesign template and place the maps in, and apply exact settings as specified. 3) Create the 'colour test swatches' so I can send to print. The goal is to propose a coherent and elegant entrance concept for the front of the house, based on photos that I will provide. I can also share the original architect’s 3D model in Google SketchUp to make the work easier and more precise. The design should focus on the organization of the front exterior areas, including the access to the garage, the main entrance path, and a small parking area. Ideally, the proposal would include a ramp on the left side of the façade leading up to the garage. The pedestrian access to the front door could either be integrated within this ramp or designed as a staircase. A staircase solution where light could pass underneath the steps would be particularly interesting and architecturally appealing. One important constraint is accessibility: the design must allow someone to reach the front door using a wheelchair. The entrance should therefore include a smooth and practical accessible path. On the right side of the house, I would like to integrate a small parking area in front of the building. There are also a few specific constraints to consider. From the front door and the small patio area, there is a staircase that goes down on the right side toward the basement level. This staircase is hidden behind the small wall visible on the right side of the façade and should remain discreetly integrated into the design. A mailbox should also be included at the front of the property along the street. Finally, the far left side of the property must remain a clear passage allowing a car to drive through to access the back of the house. This circulation space must remain open and functional. Hello, I run a UK luxury bedding brand called Bello Luxury Living and I’m currently refreshing the visual presentation of our mattress collection across the website. I’m looking for a skilled image editor / compositing designer who can create premium product images for our mattress catalogue. The goal is to present each mattress in a consistent luxury bedroom environment while keeping the mattress as the main focus of the image. This is NOT simply placing the mattress onto a random stock background. I am looking for someone who understands luxury product presentation and can create a clean, high-end aesthetic similar to premium bedding brands.
