The scope of your work would be to: - Design emails in Figma, these emails will need to be optimised in size for BOTH mobile and desktop - Figma designs will need to be shared with myself so that I can recommend changes and import them into Klaviyo once completed - Attend virtual meetings with myself (the account manager) to discuss the requirements of each email (this will be required in some cases, especially if there is any miscommunication or complexities with any part of the project, however they will be kept to a minimum). We have several services running on-prem for a small number of employees with LDAP based Single Sign-On system, allowing transparent authentication for users, and access/permissions control of such users to services for us. Most of the services are GNU/Linux based and run inside docker containers, including the mentioned LDAP service. Our LDAP implementation (OpenLDAP 2.6) is relatively simple and based upon open source solutions. Moreover, it uses a custom schema that serves for the purposes described above. We have full control of this service, including the involved schema (which receives periodical updates). ****Current situation: Amongst the services to be integrated with our SSO, Mail is on the top of the list. Despite the (many) warnings given about the numerous difficulties and workarounds in order to integrate with our LDAP instance, it has been decided from a superior level that Microsoft Exchange is the mail server to be integrated with our SSO, prior to a migration from our current mail solution to there. In theory, we would just need to sync certain attributes of users and groups of members required to create addresses (real and virtual) and forward mails. We have chosen to initially test with MS Exchange Online, mainly because MS docs point about the 'possibility' of this integration, and also because Exchange Server's EOS is in 2024. But in the practice, such integration lacks of official (and unofficial) documentation about how to proceed under our specific scenario, along with the impossibility of use recent versions of Azure AD Connector to even connect to an LDAP server. Due to this, we are forced to look for candidates that provide us with assessment as minimal, when not with a custom made solution that can implemented onto our on-prem environment (possibly a VM with Windows Server, but we would happy to not use this) without rely or trust on 3rd parties as much as this results possible. ****Goals: Desired solution: One-way LDAP to Azure AD population/syncing (possibly, through local AD DS or AD LDS if direct integration is not technically possible) of a sub-array of users, groups and its involved attributes, filtered by both custom objectClass and (boolean) attributes. Set up web server and migrate everything from my cloud host
I would like to migrate everything from my cloud hosted server (Cpanel) to my own physical server. You'll begin the project from a fresh install of a ProxMox VM. I'm probably either going to use Ubuntu Server with a GUI or just use Ubuntu Desktop. I will install the OS but you will take it from there. You will need to install all the (open source only) software required to host my web applications from the new server. I can provide you with VPN access to my network in order to access the terminal directly through ProxMox. I have a subscription with TSOHost where I'm currently hosting 3 domains, 8 subdomains, 17 email addresses and a MySQL database, I'm happy to let you have a look around Cpanel before committing to the project in order to see what's involved. Ideally, I would like all of my IT to be in-house and rely on zero 3rd party companies for anything. Preferably, this will include such things like hosting my own domain names and so this project will probably involve setting up an authoritative DNS server to handle routing. I would also like to host my own POP/SMTP service so the project will involve setting up a mail server. Note that by the time of beginning the project, there will be a CIFS file server with dedicated space for this project. There will be no local drive on the server. I'm happy to set up additional VMs if it's best to make separate servers for everything or if you need to create a virtual router. It's a big server with plenty of resources. It's important to take note now of the magic word which is Speedmaster, you'll need to quote this in your response so that I know you've read the project description and that you're not just spamming me. It's also worth noting that I'll also ignore any response written by or with the assistance of ChatGPT. Keep in mind that as well as hosting my own website and software, I plan on leasing out some of the server's available run time to other businesses so that I can host their websites too, much like what TSOHost are currently doing for me.
