Project Overview I'm looking for an experienced UI/UX designer and WordPress developer to design and build a premium digital marketing agency website for Sharp Edge SEO. The website should follow the overall structure, user experience, and navigation inspiration of SEO Discovery while maintaining a completely original design using our branding, colours, typography, layouts, icons, and imagery. I have already designed the homepage direction (attached images) and expect the remaining pages to follow the same premium style and consistency. Bespoke Online Booking System for External Assessors

OVERVIEW We're a care home group with 8 homes. We need a simple, self-service web booking tool for external assessors (DoLS Best Interests Assessors, CHC assessors, FNC reviewers, IMCAs, and others) to book their own visit slots to assess a resident. Currently done manually by phone/email — slow and time consuming. We want this replaced with a lightweight tool. WHO USES IT External assessors (primary users) — book their own slot, no account hassle. Our central Assessments and Contracts team (oversees all 8 homes) — configures settings and sees all bookings. CORE FEATURES Public booking page(s) — one per home or a single page with a home selector. Assessment type selection (DoLS, CHC, FNC Review, DST, IMCA, Best Interests Meeting, "Other" free text) — expandable later. Live availability & direct booking — no manual approval needed for MVP. Configurable minimum notice period per assessment type — e.g. DoLS bookable next day, CHC needs 2 weeks minimum, others TBC. Must be adjustable by our Assessments and Contracts team via a settings screen, not hardcoded. Outlook Calendar integration (Microsoft Graph API) — bookings sync with real per-home calendars and auto-create events. Automatic confirmation/reminder emails to assessor and home contact on booking, change, or cancellation. Microsoft Teams integration — auto-generate a Teams link for remote/hybrid visits. Booking form fields: assessor name/organisation/email/phone; resident's name; resident's DOB or NHS number; assessment type; "will staff time be required?" (Y/N); "will medical records be required?" (Y/N); "has NOK been notified?" (Y/N); free-text notes. Self-service reschedule/cancel via link in confirmation email. Central dashboard for the Assessments and Contracts team — view bookings across all homes, manage notice-period settings. NICE-TO-HAVES (not required for MVP) Per-home blackout dates; CSV/Excel export; SMS reminders. TECHNICAL PREFERENCES Must integrate with Microsoft 365 (Outlook + Teams) via Graph API or equivalent — no third-party calendar system. Freelancer's choice of platform/stack, as long as it integrates well with M365 and is easy for us to maintain (please explain your approach, e.g. Power Apps/Power Automate vs custom web app). Mobile-friendly, since assessors will often book from their phone. DATA PROTECTION Resident DOB/NHS number plus assessment type counts as special category health data under UK GDPR. Please address in your proposal: hosting/encryption (at rest & in transit); who can view resident-identifying records; retention/auto-purge policy; relevant experience with health-adjacent data in a UK/CQC-regulated context. No full medical records/care notes should be stored in the tool. DELIVERABLES Working system live across all 8 homes, link shareable with assessors. Outlook sync + Teams link generation, tested. Short (1-2 page) admin guide for the Assessments and Contracts team. Handover of admin credentials/access. BUDGET & TIMELINE Under £500 (MVP scope). A few weeks. Open to a phased approach — core booking + calendar sync first, nice-to-haves later if budget allows. Webflow Designer for a Small Website Completion Project

Webflow Designer/ Talented Student for a Small Website Completion Project — $500–$1,000 Fixed Budget Job Ad We are looking for a freelance Webflow Designer talented student to help finish a website that has already been started. This is a straightforward website project. It is not overly complicated, and we are open to working with a talented student designer, newer freelancer, or experienced Webflow designer who is organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. The website URL will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process. Project Scope Approximately 10 pages need to be completed or cleaned up. Some pages may need light design improvements, while a few pages may need to be designed more fully using the existing website direction. The main need is for the designer to create a clean, reusable Webflow template page that our admin can use to upload content going forward. The designer will not be responsible for uploading all future content. Our admin will handle content upload, but the designer must create a clear training video showing the admin exactly how to do it. Pages may include: • Service page improvements • Blog page setup or cleanup • Template page creation • Light edits to existing pages • Additional items listed in our project tracker There is a job tracker showing what is remaining for this position. The selected designer will be expected to work from that tracker and keep the project organized. Main Responsibilities 1. Finish approximately 10 Webflow pages 2. Create a reusable page/template structure 3. Make light design improvements where needed 4. Set up or clean up blog-related pages as listed in the tracker 5. Make sure pages are clean, responsive, and easy to manage 6. Prepare the website so our admin can upload content 7. Record a detailed and easy-to-understand training video for the admin 8. Follow the project tracker and communicate progress clearly 9. Meet hard deadlines Training Requirement The designer must create a training video for our admin. The video should clearly explain how to upload and edit content in Webflow. Training may vary depending on the final setup, but it should be simple enough for a non-designer/admin user to follow. The training video should cover things such as: • How to add or update page content • How to use the template page • How to update blog content if needed • How to avoid breaking the page layout Any important Webflow steps the admin needs to know Deadline The project must be fully completed by August 15. Budget Fixed project budget: $500–$1,000 We are looking for someone who can work efficiently and keep the project moving. This is a good fit for a student designer or freelancer who wants a clear project, a portfolio piece, and possible ongoing work. Future Work There will be continuing work for the right candidate. After this project, we expect to keep expanding the website with new pages, improved design, blog support, and search visibility improvements. If you do a great job, this can turn into ongoing freelance work. Tidy the server from X-ransom attack

Hello, Our Wordpress website was attacked by x-ransom. We have a backup of the WP and the database dump. We have detected some corrupted files there but it seems that there are still some left that were not detected. It has to be tidy after the attack. It’s an internet shop with uploads files of around 100GB. It’s stored on a private hosting in LV. What is done do far: 1. Update WordPress Version 2. Use z’d updateSecure WP-Admin Login Credentials 3. Set Up Safelist and Blocklist for the Admin Page 4. Use Trusted WordPress Themes 5. Install SSL Certificate 6. Remove Unused WordPress Plugins and Themes 1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for WP-Admin 2. Back Up WordPress 3. Limit Login Attempts 4. Change the WordPress Login Page URL 5. Log Idle Users Out Automatically 6. Monitor User Activity 7. Check for Malware - found several none-Wordpress specious files and plugins. Deleted them. 1. Disable PHP Error Reporting 3. Turn File Editing Off 4. Restrict Access Using the .htaccess File 5. Change the Default WordPress Database Prefix - not done 6. Disable XML-RPC 7. Hide the WordPress Version 8. Block Hotlinking - not done 9. Manage File Permissions not done After making the list, we received another x-ransome attack. I suspect he has a server level access not only wp level.
