I need a capable researcher/planner to build a shortlisted, evidence-based plan covering: Flight options (UK → Chiang Mai, june travel window) Relatively high-end rental accommodation suitable for a one-month stay A structured agenda for a 7–10 day on-the-ground accommodation search, including pre-arranged contacts/meetings with reputable local estate agents / property managers This is not a generic travel plan I’m looking for a retirement scouting pack that I can use immediately. I'm looking for an experienced architectural designer or CAD specialist to create a detailed floor plan based on my ideal layout for a residential property. I already have a rough layout with my design preferences.
