To draw and submit full planning application for demolition, part retrospective proposed plans for 5 bed bungalow. There will be a side, rear, loft, replacement of attached garage and internal alterations and extensions compared to the original bungalow. This is urgent and need someone who can start asap and have the plans and all documents submitted within 1-2 weeks. This is a full planning application submission including all relevant drawings required. We have currently built up to external walls off of an approved plans, this is now requiring a new application due to the amount of demolition and not mentioning demolition in the original planning approved application. We ask for new application with slight ammendments to the approved plans all submitted under one application. As soon as possible.
