Content Creation & Article Writing: Use transcriptions of the podcast conversations to create engaging, well-written articles summarising key insights from each episode. Collaborate with generative AI tools to streamline article creation while ensuring high-quality, polished output. Promotion & Social Media Management: Promote episodes across our LinkedIn and Twitter profiles with compelling captions and visuals. Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely promotion of each episode. Additional Tasks: Provide feedback on potential improvements to workflows or promotional strategies. Maintain a high standard of quality and brand alignment across all deliverables. Keep up to date with trends in podcasting and digital marketing to suggest innovative ideas for growth. Requirements: Proven experience in podcast editing, production, and promotion. Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand). Familiarity with podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube) and social media management. Strong writing and content creation skills with an ability to summarise key ideas in engaging ways.
