Marketing & Strategy for Launching Membership Programme
Membership Launch Specialist — Online Courses & Communities (UK Hours) About us We're a UK-based, people-first business coaching and skills platform built for small business owners. Our membership combines live coaching, online courses, community and a proprietary smart business app — all at an affordable monthly price. Think of us as a trusted business partner in your pocket, not another tool. We're live, we're trading, and we're ready to grow. We need the right person to help us find our first 100 members — and beyond. What we're looking for An experienced membership and online course launch specialist who has done this before — multiple times, with real results to show for it. You'll know the names Stu McLaren and Amy Porterfield. You'll have strong opinions about what works and what doesn't. You'll be comfortable owning both the strategy and the execution. This is not a role for someone who has read about membership launches. We need someone who has run them. What you'll do You'll take ownership of our membership launch — from strategy through to sign-ups. That includes: Reviewing our current funnel, messaging and positioning and identifying gaps. Building and executing a launch plan designed to convert our first 100 members. Running or overseeing paid and organic acquisition across the right channels. Managing email sequences, landing pages and conversion optimisation. Reporting clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what we're changing. You'll work directly with the founders. No layers, no committees. Fast decisions and real collaboration. Must-haves Proven experience launching online membership programmes or course communities — not just marketing generally. A track record you can point to: real member numbers, real conversion rates, real results. Familiarity with the membership industry — Stu McLaren, Amy Porterfield, the Membership Guys — you know the ecosystem. Full-stack capability: you can lead strategy and get into implementation. Excellent written and spoken English. Available to work within UK business hours (GMT/BST). Nice to haves Experience with small business, coaching or B2B audiences. Familiarity with AI tools and how to use them in a marketing workflow. Experience with webinar-led funnels as a conversion mechanism. How to apply We will only consider applications that include the following: Two or three examples of membership or course launches you have personally worked on. For each: the platform or product, your specific role, the number of members acquired, and the key tactics that drove results. A brief note on what didn't work in one of those launches and what you learned. A short paragraph on how you would approach finding our first 100 members for a UK-based small business coaching and skills membership — what would your first 30 days look like? Applications without this information will not be reviewed. The opportunity This starts as a project focused on our first 100 members. If the fit is right and results follow, this becomes a longer-term and potentially full-time engagement. We're building something with genuine long-term potential — and we want the right people growing with us.
24 days ago29 proposalsRemoteExpires in 53D Animated Streamer Scenes
I need a cohesive pack of five 3D-animated scenes that drop straight into OBS/Twitch and give my channel a consistent, playful look. Here’s what I’m after: • Starting Soon – a looping 3D shot of an animated version of me sipping coffee while the “Starting Soon” text pulses. • BRB – same avatar now standing at a backyard grill, smoke curling up as the “Be Right Back” message appears. • Live – my real face only (camera feed, background removed) floats where the head would be, matched to a stylish 3D body. No other background elements. • Just Chatting – a full virtual living-room/den set. My camera-fed head sits on the animated body relaxing on a couch; space remains on screen for standard chat and alerts. Everything should feel like the room is alive (subtle lighting flicker, idle animations, etc.). • Intermission – a scaled-down version of the living room: small game-loading window, visible chat window, and a mini-me in a recliner with the same camera-driven head. Style & tech notes – Must be 3D animation (not 2D or pixel). – Loops should be seamless, 60 fps, 1920×1080 with transparent areas delivered as webm or mov (alpha). – Camera cut-out will be provided as a green-screen feed; please supply any LUT or masking guidance you need from me. – Each scene delivered as its own layered file so I can tweak text and positioning later if required. Acceptance I’ll consider the job complete when each scene imports into OBS without further tweaks, loops cleanly for at least two minutes, and the camera-head alignment feels natural in real time. If this sounds doable for you, let’s talk timeline and any model references you need from my side.

I’m running a usability study for a new iOS mobile platform and need a small group of everyday users — ages 18 to 60+ — to help evaluate the experience from a real user’s perspective. What’s involved: • Install the app and complete the standard onboarding flow • Explore features at your own pace over the study period • Respond to brief UX surveys sent intermittently • Submit a short screen recording at the end confirming feature use Compensation: • $50 flat fee paid upon successful onboarding completion • Up to $200 additional compensation tied to your level of engagement with the platform’s core features • Total potential earnings: $250 Requirements: • US-based • iPhone owner • Comfortable installing and navigating a new app No prior tech experience required. The hands-on portion is fully self-directed — outside of onboarding and occasional questionnaires, your time is your own.
21 days ago10 proposalsRemoteFace‑controlled 3D character for kids to talk & play live
Overview I'm an early-childhood educator building a small prototype to use with the young children I teach. The concept: I control a 3D animated character live using my face, while a child in another location plays with that character on a tablet: talking to it and tapping things in a shared scene that respond in real time. Nothing is built yet, this is from scratch. The scope is small on purpose, but it has to genuinely work end to end. I'm on a tight, fixed budget, so I want a lean build, not a full app. What version 1 needs to do: - One simple 3D room/scene, child-friendly. - One 3D character in that scene that I control live with my face (facial expressions and head movement driven by my camera). - The child, on a tablet in another country, sees and hears the character in real time and can talk to me through it. - 3 to 4 tappable objects in the scene. When the child taps one, it responds (animates / plays a sound / changes the scene), and I can see what they tapped so I can react in character. - Low latency enough for natural back-and-forth conversation. Important and you decide the tech I'm not prescribing the avatar or networking approach. You're the expert: propose the simplest, lowest-cost way to hit the requirements above. Tell me what you'd use for the face-driven 3D avatar (including whether we should buy or use an existing rig/model rather than build one to save cost), and how you'd handle the real-time remote connection between two countries. I want your recommendation and your reasoning. What I'll provide - A clear walkthrough of the intended experience - Character and room art direction (or budget to source a 3D model, open to your advice here) Out of scope for version 1 - Login, payments, content library, multiple characters or rooms - Production-grade polish - Anything beyond the single remote interactive scene above

KeyShot Specialist – Plastic Material & Lighting Setup Expert
PROJECT DESCRIPTION We are an established sports equipment brand looking for a KeyShot expert to help us move a set of product renders from a flat, CAD-preview look to true photographic realism, suitable for front-of-pack hero imagery. This is not a standard production render job. We are specifically looking for someone who can develop and dial in the right material, texture, and lighting settings on one or two sample models, then hand over the complete settings package so our existing rendering supplier can apply the same look across our full product range in their own copy of KeyShot. The product is a small, moulded plastic item with subtle translucency. Getting that material quality right is the crux of the brief. We should also mention that our full product range is already set up and organised within KeyShot. Ideally, whatever material presets and lighting rig are developed through this engagement could be applied across that existing setup without having to rebuild or re-import each product individually. If you have experience structuring KeyShot material libraries and scene rigs in a way that makes them portable and easy to apply at scale, please mention this in your response. We will share full project details, reference images, and the CAD model (STEP format) with the shortlisted candidate under a mutual NDA before work begins. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU BEFORE WE SHORTLIST Rather than a standard cover letter, please answer the following five questions. Your answers will carry more weight than your portfolio in our decision. Honest, specific answers are far more useful to us than vague ones. 1. Which version of KeyShot do you work in, and how long have you been using it professionally? 2. When rendering a soft, slightly translucent plastic (such as a sports mouthguard, silicone grip, or similar), which material type or shader do you use in KeyShot, and what are the two or three settings you pay most attention to in order to get that quality right? 3. How do you approach lighting a small plastic product for a front-of-pack hero shot? Describe your typical setup, including how you use (or choose not to use) an HDRI environment. 4. Once a look is approved, how would you package your settings so that another KeyShot user on a different machine could replicate the result? What files would you provide, and how would you structure those settings so they could be applied across a pre-existing library of models in KeyShot, rather than being tied to a single scene file? 5. Please share one or two examples of previous work involving plastic, rubber, or similarly translucent materials. Links are fine. BUDGET AND TIMELINE Fixed price preferred. To be agreed once we have shortlisted. This is a focused, bounded piece of work rather than an ongoing contract.

HubSpot Mobile Navigation & Page Style Fix
We’re looking for a HubSpot CMS freelancer to fix a mobile navigation issue on our website. At the moment, the burger icon appears on mobile, but when visitors tap it, nothing opens. This means mobile users can’t access the rest of the site properly. We don’t need a redesign at this stage. We simply need the mobile menu to work correctly and show the same links and general styling as the desktop navigation – we are using an old template. We’d also like help tidying up a small number of pages that appear to be using an older template or styling. There are currently two affected pages that we can point you to. The work would involve tracking down any rogue styles, modules or template settings and bringing those pages back in line with the rest of the website. You’ll be working directly in HubSpot CMS, so we need someone confident with the HubSpot drag-and-drop editor, Design Manager, HubL and the file system. It is also Important for my Manager that you are able to meet with us on a Teams call before the booking is made final so that we know who is working on our website and any final questions can be more easily asked. Please include in your quote: Investigation and fix for the mobile burger menu Review and correction of the two affected pages A test/staging version for us to check before anything goes live Publishing the approved changes A short period of support after publishing in case anything breaks or needs adjusting We’re looking for a practical fix rather than a full redesign, so please quote on that basis.

As part of your proposal, please complete a small sample task by researching the following: 3 wedding venues 2 wedding photographers 2 boutique hotels 2 TikTok creators (travel, wedding, gifting or home décor niche) For each, include: Name Website or profile link Location (where applicable) Why they are a good fit for this business One or two sentences on how you would approach them for a potential partnership or collaboration This sample should be based on real, publicly available information and should demonstrate your research skills and attention to detail. 18 days ago33 proposalsRemoteComfyUI, LoRA experts needed
AI IMAGE PIPELINE - CONTRACT ComfyUI, LoRA training, ControlNet. Ongoing work. We're a UK educational publisher producing a large illustrated fiction list for schools. We need someone to build and run an image generation pipeline for it. THE WORK Each book series has its own visual style, defined by a written style guide and a small set of reference images. Your job is to turn that into a repeatable engine: train the style, lock it, and produce around 110 print-ready images per series to a supplied brief. The images are composed to a page layout, so composition is directed, not left to the model. Each one has a specified size and a specified job on the page. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO - Build custom ComfyUI workflows at graph level. Not just run other people's. - Train LoRAs properly. Dataset curation, captioning, hyperparameters, and knowing when a model has overfit. - Control composition with ControlNet, depth, pose and regional prompting. - Inpaint and repair to a print standard. - Script and batch with Python. This is volume work and it cannot be done by hand in a GUI. - Prepare for print: 300dpi, upscaling, CMYK, colour management. - Document what you build, so someone else can run it. WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR - Midjourney-only. We need training and control, not a closed system. - Prompt engineering as a job title. - A beautiful portfolio of one-off images. One stunning picture tells us nothing about producing 110 consistent ones. THE TEST Paid. We send you a style guide and five reference images. You send back six images in that style: a rope, a hand holding a coin, a boat, and three we'll name. We are not judging how good image one is. We are judging whether image six matches it. STRUCTURE First engagement is fixed scope: build the workflow, prove it on one series, document it. Hourly/daily work follows once the machine exists and we know what it needs. RATES - Free simple test: - Build: fixed fee, - Hourly or daily rate thereafter: TO APPLY Send: 1. A workflow you have built, and a short note on what problem it solved 2. A LoRA you have trained, with the dataset approach you used 3. A set of images showing one style or character held across at least six outputs

We are looking for someone to help us with office space planning for a small office team of around 8 people. This is not a request for a full interior design project or a 3D walkthrough. What we need is a practical, intelligent desk layout plan that helps us make better use of the space and work out where people should sit. We have the key dimensions of the office, desk sizes, number of screens, printers, floor boxes, plug sockets, air conditioning units, and other fixed points. We can provide a floor plan or rough sketch with measurements, along with photos of the space if helpful. The main requirement is to help us play around with different layout options for desks and seating positions. We would also like to provide some context on each person in the office, including: Their role and who they work closely with Where they currently sit What works and does not work about their current position Any preferences or restrictions around where they should sit Which team members should ideally be close together Any areas we want to keep clear or use more effectively The aim is to end up with a few sensible layout options that show where desks could go and where each person could sit. We are looking for someone who can think practically about workflow, communication, comfort, noise, screens, sockets, printers, and general day-to-day office use. The final output could be a simple 2D plan, annotated layout, or clear desk/seating diagram. It does not need to be overly polished, but it does need to be accurate, easy to understand, and useful for making a decision. Ideally, we would like someone with experience in office space planning, workplace layouts, facilities planning, or practical interior layout design. Please include examples of similar work if you have any.

20 days ago24 proposalsRemoteDeveloper to test & harden a local-first automation CLI (paid)
We're looking for a developer (ideally a few) to help test and improve RailCall, a local-first, developer-grade automation tool. This is real paid work, broken into small fixed-price tasks. Start with one; if it's a good fit, there's a steady stream of more. About the tool (so you can scope your proposal accurately): RailCall runs on your own machine. You describe an automation in plain English and it builds a real, governed workflow that runs locally - not in a vendor cloud. Nothing executes until you approve it (dry-run by default), and every run is sealed with a signed receipt you can verify offline. Keys, data and logs stay on your machine. There's a free tier (500 flows/month, no card) so you can install and start straight away. - Site: https://railcall.ai - Docs: https://railcall.ai/docs.html - Install (macOS/Linux): curl -fsSL https://railcall.ai/install.sh | bash - then run: railcall studio The tasks we're paying for (fixed price, per accepted deliverable): 1. A reproducible bug report or actionable feedback - approx £8 each. Accepted when we can reproduce the issue from your write-up (clear steps, expected vs actual, environment) or directly act on the feedback. 2. A shipped fix, or a genuinely useful workflow you've built - approx £20 each. Accepted when the fix is verified working, or the workflow runs and you supply its signed receipt (via "railcall verify"). 3. A standout build, a written how-to guide, or a short demo video - approx £40 each. Accepted when it's clear, accurate, and something we'd be happy to share with other developers. Every milestone is agreed, awarded and paid through PeoplePerHour. These are paid tasks - not spec work, not a free contest. What we're after: - Comfortable on the command line, with git, and installing a CLI on macOS or Linux - Can write a clear, reproducible report (steps, expected vs actual, environment) - Bonus: experience with MCP, agent tooling, or workflow automation How to propose: Send a proposal here on PeoplePerHour. Tell us which task you'd like to start with, a rough delivery timeline, and anything relevant you've built before. We agree the milestone, award it, and release payment on delivery through PPH. Reliable contributors will be first in line for more of the same work - this is ongoing, and the longer-term arrangement is still taking shape, so no promises beyond the paid tasks named above.
12 days ago22 proposalsRemoteNeed help with shopify website
I’d like to improve the overall user experience, visual quality and premium feel of the website. Rather than rebuilding it, I want to refine what we already have and make it feel more polished, modern and intuitive. This is a premium culture magazine website, so the experience should feel editorial rather than like a typical ecommerce store. It should take inspiration from high-end digital publications and luxury brands, with clean layouts, strong typography and immersive imagery. Every page should encourage visitors to discover content naturally before converting into magazine purchases or memberships. Some key improvements I’d like you to make include: * Review the entire website from a UX perspective and identify any friction or unnecessary clicks. * Improve spacing, alignment, typography and visual hierarchy throughout. * Create a more premium editorial aesthetic with consistent layouts across every page. * Refine the homepage to create a stronger first impression and encourage exploration. * Consider a more engaging hero section, potentially using subtle motion or video if it enhances the experience without affecting performance. * Improve the navigation so content is easier to discover. * Enhance article pages to feel more like a premium online publication, with better readability, imagery and related stories. * Simplify the purchase journey by reducing unnecessary clicks between discovering a magazine and checking out. * Improve calls-to-action so they’re more consistent and visually prominent. * Add subtle animations, hover effects and transitions that elevate the experience without becoming distracting. * Optimise the mobile experience so every page feels intentionally designed for smaller screens. * Improve footer layout and overall page structure. * Optimise loading speed, image quality and SEO best practices. Please also use your own design expertise to suggest and implement further improvements where appropriate. I’m looking for a website that feels premium, modern, editorial and culture-led, with attention paid to every small detail. Please review every page individually—not just the homepage—and focus on creating a seamless, high-end experience throughout.
