Seeking a screenwriter for a research intensive TV screenplay

A 90 minute first draft for a non-commissioned documentary intended for broadcast. The documentary is an in-depth, contemporary view of life in a London Borough. A fly on the wall examination of 4 varying personalities that are high profile pillars of their community, while taking a deep dive into some of the controversial aspects of the local council and the discovery of elements of corruption. Research team is already in place. Although a serious subject, the tone of delivery is contemporary and intended for a youth audience. Scriptwriter for Action Adventure feature film

I have just finished the project brief for an Action-Adventure / Drama, Fantasy, Romance feature film. This is for a small budget British countryside based 90 minutes film with mainstream commercial cinema attributes. This will be my first feature film and I am looking for an up and coming writer or a new graduate who'd be willing to work alongside me developing the story and writing the screenplay and then we can hire a more experienced writer as a script consultant or supervisor to look over. The project is self-funded. Many would feel this is unachievable but I have a strong team to back me up and make my vision come to life. I'd like to meet up with the writer first to explain everything properly as I find it very difficult to narrate a story without using the body language or the appropriate tone on Zoom. Then over a series of weekly video calls or meetings, I'd like to keep track of the project and work together to achieve the desired outcome. We'd be adhering to all rules and regulations related to Covid. Also, my experience in the industry will be a good influence on the writer who is starting out in the industry. Preferably, a graduate with a degree in screenwriting or similar qualifications or experience is ideal. I have written a mockumentary pilot for a youtube web series, it is about an asian lad being followed by a camera crew as he looks to get married his cousin is also with him throughout the pilot, it has 2 main characters with a few other characters appearing. This is my first ever script and I am looking for a screenwriter someone with experience in writing mockumentaries and understanding mockumentary style comedy in making the structure of the script better, tweaking the storyline so it flows smoother and is funnier. I have taken inspiration from: 'This Country' and 'People Just do nothing' so if someone can write similar style comedy writing to that, it would be ideal.
