Conduct desk research + write report on Student Financial Aid UK

Context
My daughter is finishing her schooling in South Africa in 2021 and wishes to study in the UK in 2022. She will travel on a South African Passport and will have an ancestral visa.
Due to a whole host of reasons we do not have the financial means to pay for her education and she will have to secure financial support if she wishes to pursue her dream.
I require piece of research done into a) what programs exist in the UK – University and Specialist Film Schools and b) what financial support (bursaries, loans etc,) exist at the universities and the banks in the UK and global institutions for foreign students wishing to study in the UK.
I would like the research to contain very specific headings: findings, implications, and recommendations.

Creative Writing and Film Studies (with English literature, screenwriting etc.).

• Who is in charge of student admissions and who is in charge of scholarships or financial aid applications?
• At any one university or institution, how much financial aid as possible?

• Is the financial aid inclusive or exclusive of accommodation costs?

• Can I, as the parent stand surety and she get the loan?
