Scriptwriter for Action Adventure feature film

I have just finished the project brief for an Action-Adventure / Drama, Fantasy, Romance feature film. This is for a small budget British countryside based 90 minutes film with mainstream commercial cinema attributes. This will be my first feature film and I am looking for an up and coming writer or a new graduate who'd be willing to work alongside me developing the story and writing the screenplay and then we can hire a more experienced writer as a script consultant or supervisor to look over.

The project is self-funded. Many would feel this is unachievable but I have a strong team to back me up and make my vision come to life.

I'd like to meet up with the writer first to explain everything properly as I find it very difficult to narrate a story without using the body language or the appropriate tone on Zoom. Then over a series of weekly video calls or meetings, I'd like to keep track of the project and work together to achieve the desired outcome. We'd be adhering to all rules and regulations related to Covid.

Also, my experience in the industry will be a good influence on the writer who is starting out in the industry. Preferably, a graduate with a degree in screenwriting or similar qualifications or experience is ideal. I am also happy to hear from more experienced writers who are willing to commit more time and effort on the project.

This will be something exciting and I am intending to cast at least one known name aiming to distribute through a popular online streaming giant. Stakes are high and the challenge is massive, but it all starts with a good piece of writing.
