Searching for Editor for a long term collaboration

I need an editor to edit on a monthly basis first video from 2 to 3:30 minutes for charities. We looking to work with someone that is willing to be part of the team (screenwriter/director and videographer) and work for our causes, please google Filming For Charities for more details.
