Small company needs CRM set up
Small company providing hen party classes across the UK needs help setting up a CRM. I am not a tech person & feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of setting up a CRM. Currently in talks with Smartsheet, Monday.com & Salesforce - no decision made yet. We currently rely on Excel sheets to keep track of bookings - we record who made the booking, the lead name and tel num. class type, date, time, venue booked, freelancer booked, how many people, special requests, price, what the venue & freelancer/s are to be paid, if they have been paid, if we've invoiced and been paid, if a freelancer has been issued their contract and then signed it.. As our small team grows - we all need to access docs and make changes at the same time. I envisage a calendar view to see all events (mainly Saturday afternoons) as well as having a 'card' (for want of the actual terminology) to see all info relating to a particular booking. I would love it if the system were able to automatically calculate and flag due dates as well as pull through info from our venue and freelancer sheet so that we can more easily book the right place/person for each job. Some partial automation for booking contracts and invoicing needed. I'm seeking someone who has the skills to translate tech talk and explain things simply. I would need things up and running by Christmas ready hit the ground running in January. I cannot stress enough that I do not have the skills needed to set up a CRM and whilst completely able to explain our processes and some idea of what I'd like - I probably don't know the options available/choices that are there to be made re CRM, so looking for someone who can guide me/explain.
