I hope you're well. We are having issues with the access on our Facebook Page. I'll try my best to explain the history of the situation. We are a Digital Marketing Company, a few years ago, not long after we first started trading, we took on a client to manage their social media. Their previous social media management company had created their business facebook page as part of their own facebook account. When we took over they transferred it to our ad account ID. Then when they left us and went to another social media management company who have structured it so that we now have limited access to our own facebook business page.
