3D animated character required

I require a simple 3D walking, talking, animated character. It is required for an explainer video, which I am putting together. I already have the background scenes to use (see attached examples). Also attached is an example of the character I want (but I want it in 3D) and I need the animated 3D character to stand and talk... or walk & talk in front of my scenes.
