I am looking for a designer/architect to draw some CAD designs from my sketches of my house.

They will need experience of loft conversions and modified roof designs.

I have sketches of a new floor plan I need drawn up in CAD however I am open to suggestions around the floor plan. My aim is to maximise the number of bedrooms.
