For context, Optimum Medical is a medical device manufacturer based in Leeds, UK - successfully exporting a range of medical devices to over 70 countries around the world. Vyne is a standalone brand of Optimum Medical, focusing on the dispensing and distributing of medical products – mainly through its DAC function. Vyne is a Dispensing Appliance Contractor, in common terms, you’ll hear it called a ‘home delivery service’. We are licensed to process prescriptions for medical devices, dispense these and deliver them directly to patient homes. Patients and clinicians can order prescriptions through our Vyne Online portal, and now our new Vyne Online app. This can be thought of similarly to an online pharmacy, but solely for medical devices instead of medication. Alongside the DAC function we have Vyne Shop (this project!) – which is an ecommerce site built on Shopify. In April Vyne Shop will have been operating for 2 years. We stock over 1000 SKUs (and counting) within the Bladder & Bowel, Stoma, Skincare, Lubrication, Bandages, and Incontinence Pads categories. Many of the products we sell can be prescribed, along with many other products which are not part of the NHS Drug Tariff. Generally customers are using Vyne Shop to purchase medical product which aren’t available on prescription, like better quality fixation devices for example. Some customers are using Vyne Shop for products which aren’t available in their area, or to try out a new product before speaking with their clinician to get the item on prescription. Vyne Shop operates as revenue source for the business, but is also a great lead source for the DAC. We’re looking to redevelop/rebuild the Vyne site, including 9 custom landing pages and all Shopify functionality, such as the navigation, category, collection, product, basket, and blog pages. Site design and functionality has been mocked up in Figma and is ready to hand over to you! Design assets will be provided in the format you require, and a full brief will be sent over upon agreement. Our current site uses a lot of third party apps to function which ultimately makes it quite slow. On January 31, 2024 I received a permit from the Air Permits Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to produce green liquid hydrogen in Hudspeth County, Texas near Dell City, Texas and to build a pilot plant up to 3MW to produce green liquid hydrogen. Through this project my goal is to test three (3) AEM Nexus 1000 Enapter electrolyzers. Therefore, I'd like to test: 1. The technical specifications of these electrolyzers 2. The cost of maintenance 3. The market for green liquid hydrogen in the United States 4. The efficiency to produce green liquid hydrogen at Dell City, Texas by using these electrolyzers Why Dell City, Texas? Because in the 1940s an oil prospector discovered water in that area which is now known as the Bone Spring-Victorio Peak Aquifer. It is desert there and Dell City, Texas has plenty of sun, good winds, and water underground. It is a perfect place to produce an enormous quantity of green liquid hydrogen there. Why the AEM Nexus 1000? Because in the technical specifications of this electrolyzer I found something interesting, "Operational flexibility: 3% - 100% Of nominal H2 flow rate". Those who designed this electrolyzer understand how an off grid green power plant which is built with solar panels and wind turbines is producing the electricity. We know that this kind of off grid power plants is producing fluctuant power during the day and the night based on how the sun is shining and the wind is blowing. The computer and the software of this electrolyzer is reading the power in the grid and it is adapting the operational capacity based on how the power is in the micro grid. There is no risk to stop and to start this electrolyzer. This project has three rooms: the Electrolyzer Room, the Electrical Room, and the Mechanical Room. On the south part of the building is a covered parking area for three (3) RVs in which I will live with my workers and my visitors. I lift up the entire facility with 5 feet from the ground because in these days we can have a flood anywhere because of climate change. Each electrolyzer is 52.5 feet x 9.8 feet x 24 feet (L x W x H) and its weight is 40 tons. The roof is the ceiling of the Electrolyzer Room, it is covered with solar shingles and has on top 20 vertical axis wind turbines of 30kW 220V each. Also, all the roofs of this facility are covered with solar shingles. On the south side of the facility will be built the power plant with solar panels and horizontal axis wind turbines of 100kW three-phase AC 220V. The framing of the solar panels will be lifted up with a minimum of 4 feet from the ground to protect them from a flood. Please find attached the West Elevation, the First Floor, and the North Elevation of this project. I would like to have this project executed in 3D electronic support.

Hello, I am in need of a site surveyor to verify the accuracy of my current drawings, particularly concerning my loft and the floor beneath it. It is crucial to establish the current height of the ridge of the roof in relation to the floors below, as well as the height of the chimney stack. Access to the loft and roof is available from the roof terrace, and I have included a picture for reference. A site visit is necessary; please do not offer this service if you do not intend to visit the site. I have drawings of the building (a terrace residential building comprising of 2 flats) that may assist you in completing the task more efficiently. The property is located in London SW11 Battersea. A stem pad - Pads will be produced blank (in most cases) in a variety of colours, logos will be applied afterwards. - The bar and frame pads are simple sheets of material with hems and velcro fasteners sewn in.
