Our company wants to launch a website that allows users to publish their reviews on products, services and general experiences. Currently we have a scaled down version that allows some visualisation of what we intend to achieve as a final product. Although the scale is simple in nature there are some complex features that must be integrated to ensure full user experience. A custom proprietary rating system. Our users will be able to rate and share reviews. A database is needed to record and monitor the ratings given to each review. Intuitively a thumbs up rating is given to support a review while a thumbs down means that a review is not supported. These ratings are collated and grouped, in other words for example, a star will be given for 5 up ratings, and a removal of a star is issued for 5 down ratings. The ratio of up/down ratings to star has to be modifiable. Inability to delete posts. The forums' community determines the permanent deletion of a post through the rating system. Users creating a post can only make a post invisible for a predetermined period before it is again viewable by other users. Once a post is created it belongs to the community unless it is flagged for reasons for going beyond scope and purpose of the website. Robust Sharing. Sharing a review post on social media will highlight the number of stars the post has received and allow for contribution, with hot links for up and down ratings that link them back to the website to register their opinion. Merchandise. Users can purchase our branded tshirts and hats. Scalable searching. Users can search through the forum for names, phone numbers, id number etc For the purpose of this project we like the look and feel of www.blurit.com for its intuitiveness and will like a similar layout. A theme with a similar appearance can be recommended. Expert use of Cpanel is also a must as we currently do not have a personal server. I have a 'logo' as a moderate quality raster image. It's monochrome. It's quite detailed. I need it simplified into three much simpler vector versions - one simple enough to go on a rubber wristband, so down to twenty or so lines and curves.
