Dashboard and Analysis for Questionnaire Data

This project involves developing a dynamic dashboard to analyze 150 responses to a 40 question survey with both closed and open-ended questions. The scope of work includes cleaning and structuring the data, creating visualizations like charts and heatmaps for closed responses, and employing AI techniques like sentiment analysis, topic modeling and keyword extraction to enhance insights from open responses.

The assistant will apply their expertise in data analysis, Excel, Power BI and AI/NLP skills to first prepare the dataset and then design an interactive dashboard utilizing tools like slicers and filters to explore patterns in the data. Automated insights utilizing AI will highlight any trends, outliers or deeper understandings within the information. Topic modeling and clustering will be used to categorize common themes among open responses, while sentiment analysis assesses the positive, negative or neutral tone. Keyword extraction will identify frequently discussed terms.

Documentation will summarize the methods applied and key findings uncovered. The completed dashboard deliverable will provide clear and engaging visual representations of both the qualitative and quantitative data in an editable file for the client's continued reference and analysis. Creativity in visualizing insights and translating both types of questions into meaningful visuals for the non-technical audience is important.
