Hi there I own a company that operates around 5 values. They are: Grafter No Nonsense Dependable Accountability Engaging positivity Hungry My business is to place temporary staff; mainly teachers and teaching assistants into schools. We are very passionate about living and breathing these values every day and we thought it would be a nice touch to have a quiz designed that asks a bunch of questions of the candidate and at the end depending on the results it lets them know which company value they are. We would then send them out a badge and some fun stuff all centered around their value. Again, this is a bit of fun and not a fully blown psychometric test. However there needs to be enough questions to get a person engaged but not so much to put them off completing it. IN the first instance we just need somebody to help design the questions and the scoring to determine which value a candidate is. Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) algorithm development for use in mobile app
I teach cybersecurity courses and help to prepare my students for careers in the security field. As part of my course, I am planning to develop a practice test mobile app (iOS & Android). I would ideally like to build a Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) algorithm into the app as an exam simulator to help prepare students for certification exams. I am posting this to see if anyone has experience and skill in the development of CAT algorithms and the ability to translate them into code that code be used in a mobile app. I will provide the question database, and I am specifically looking for assistance with development of the CAT algorithm, and the calibration of the question pool with a psychometric model, and other such related items required to build out an adaptive exam simulator. The outcome of this will be a commercial app sold in the Apple/Google app stores. Enhance an Excel Macro
I have created a psychometric report that runs in excel and word. Essentially it works like this: - Users complete an online questionnaire - I upload this data into an excel spreadsheet i've created - The spreadsheet runs a range of analysis - The results are then linked to a word document - I then save these documents and send back to the user I've created a macro (attached) that allows me to automate parts of the this process. At the moment i can copy the data from the online form into excel, press one button, and it creates all of the word docs for each row, and saves them as worddoc1.doc, worddoc2.doc, worddoc3.doc and so on... Basically I just want to automate two more steps of this process: 1. I want the documents to save with the user's name, contained within a cell in the spreadsheet. e.g. worddoc joe bloggs.doc, worddoc jane bloggs.doc etc. 2. I also want to create a PDF copy of the document that i can send to users

We are a small business psychology start up looking for a highly creative UX and graphic designer with branding and Invision experience. We are building a new psychometric assessment that needs developing into an app and we need a great person to conceptualise our ideas before they are market tested with the end user.
