Situational judgement test creation

We are looking for a psychometrics or recruitment expert to

1. Create 30 situational judgement questions.

2. The project also includes writing answers to 20 Questions we will provide to you. These questions are written and we know which option is most and least effective but we need someone to motivate with educational text each option and rank them.


The timeline is 3 weeks.

Please note to bid on the project you do have to have experience creating situational judgment tests.
