UK Church Residential and commercial conversion floor plans
Hi, I need someone to devise a scheme to see how many flats we can get in the upper units. Your task is going to be: 1. Put commercial units on the ground floor - one large place of worship with classrooms for teaching 2. Seperate entrance for the 1st floor and second floor 3. on 1st and second floor we need to see how many detailed flats we can get with a minimum UK standard of 37SQM for a shower unit or 39SQM 1 bedroom flat for a bathroom. Obviously we do not want small flats but want the maximum number of flats considering the light into the property and windows as well as access. Your task will be to detail the site and provide a scheme for the Church conversion. I have the DWG files of the site - so you can easily work from that.

Architecture
I am looking for an architect to help me bring my vision for a new house to life. I have a clear idea of what I want in terms of layout, functionality, and aesthetics, but I need someone with the expertise and skills to turn my ideas into detailed plans and drawings (CAD). The project will involve creating a set of plans that include floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. We will work together to refine the design until it meets my expectations and requirements. The architect will need to be able to work collaboratively with me to ensure that the design is both practical and visually appealing. I am looking for an architect who has experience in designing residential properties. They should be able to demonstrate a portfolio of their work that includes similar projects. If you are an architect who is passionate about design and has a strong understanding of building regulations and construction principles, I would love to hear from you. Please submit your proposal, including your fees and estimated timeline, to be considered for this project.

Require Site Survey to Verify or Correct Measurements
Hello, I am in need of a site surveyor to verify the accuracy of my current drawings, particularly concerning my loft and the floor beneath it. It is crucial to establish the current height of the ridge of the roof in relation to the floors below, as well as the height of the chimney stack. Access to the loft and roof is available from the roof terrace, and I have included a picture for reference. A site visit is necessary; please do not offer this service if you do not intend to visit the site. I have drawings of the building (a terrace residential building comprising of 2 flats) that may assist you in completing the task more efficiently. The property is located in London SW11 Battersea. Therefore, if you are located outside the area, traveling may present difficulties. Once you have obtained these measurements, I will require you to update them on my drawings. However, new drawings will not be necessary.
MVHR design for whole house
I seek an experienced mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) design specialist to comprehensively model airflow requirements and duct routing for a two-level residential property of approximately 205 square meters. The goal is to implement a balanced whole-house ventilation strategy utilizing an Airflow DV130 mechanical ventilation with heat recovery unit. This multi-zone project necessitates zone-by-zone airflow calculations followed by optimized duct routing throughout floor levels to thoroughly and quietly distribute ventilation. Design requirements include fresh air intake, extract outlets, and heat recovery media sized to Code standards. Attention must be paid to achieve balanced pressure relationships and minimize duct length/fittings. Your experience designing similar mid-sized homes is needed to swiftly but accurately complete schematics, and a bill of materials. Knowledge of UK building regulations and best practice duct installation methods is important. Kindly send me your proposals.

Structural Engineering for Renovation
I need a fast solution on this one so please only respond if you have the bandwidth to work quickly. I am changing the layout of a small 2 bedroom house. I am also vaulting the ceiling upstairs and adding in two mezzanine platforms in each of the bedrooms. The current construction of the roof is: Rafters - ~70x70mm at 370-400mm centers A-Frames - 2 beefy a frames, one in the middle and one towards the neighbouring end of the property 200mm x 140mm beams. 250mm x 85mm A sections. 100mm x 80mm inward diagonals. Flat ceiling that has been added in during the conversion that does not appear to be supporting 100x40 and the same centres as the rafters and the fixed to the side of the rafters with a couple of nails. Perlings - There are two chunky ( Upper 140mm x 80mm) ( Lower 180mm x 70mm) peelings on the longer side of the roof and then one very large (200mm x 80mm) perling on the shorter section of roof. First floor construction 150mm x 50mm joists at 400mm centres. these currency span 3.3m either side of the current steel beam. I have added in the architectural floor plans of the existing and the proposed. I have also added in some photos of the property which is half way through the rip out.

An interior/exterior design based from our Plans
Hi there, We have some architectural plans for our bungalow which we hope to redevelop. We plan to completely redo the ground floor and to create a usable loft space where we will relocate a bedroom to. We also have plans to construct an integrated double garage to the side of the bungalow, We have a “contemporary/modern” theme in mind for our house, making use of natural wood colours inside, greys for the windows, a brand new bright kitchen with an island and making use of the sunlight to the rear of the property through loads of windows and sliding doors. We’d like a design so we are able to visualise how we want our house to look and to see if what we want would not “crowd” the little space we have. Our project is unique in that the property is 100 years old and we cannot extend any further than what we have approved in these plans. Currently, the bungalow is rendered a cream colour on the exterior, has standard white uPVC windows, has diamond shapes in the double-glazed windows, has standard red clay roof tiles, has the old wooden front door which is painted white, and has a patio door to the rear (in the dining room). Inside, we have a cherry colour wood floor everywhere. The kitchen is U shaped and has wall and floor cabinets. We have the original stone fireplace in the living room (which we’d prefer to utilise in the house). We want to keep the render exterior, change the windows to the in-colour of grey, have Georgian-style square shapes in the windows, change the roof tiles to concrete and grey colour, replace the front door with a oak wooden front door showing its natural colour, and sliding patio doors to the rear. Inside the property, we want a natural colour wooden floor on the ground floor, beige colour carpet in the loft. Large bathroom wall and floor tiles in a warm beige colour or grey. A modern/wooden staircase with glass separator and aluminium railing. We want the kitchen to have a nice long corner counter-top with a generous island using Calacutta Granite as the top with possibly a wooden base, Ideally, we do not want any wall hung cabinets. We want to use the rear of the garage as a “utility” area for the washer/dryer, boiler etc. We want the option of utilising the original fireplace somewhere in the new house but we are unsure how/where, Happy to give you more of a description as I can go on! Attached are the current plans, proposed ground floor and proposed loft plans Would you be interested in this project?

Two Storey Side Extension - Plans, Elevations and Submission
I need someone who can create professional floor plans, roof plans and elevations, existing and proposed, for submission to build a two storey side extension on a detached property. For the floor plans I need professional help with the layout, a combination of style and practicality. If I do these myself (already underway) I do not know the practical ways to keep building costs under control for the proposed plans. The planning authority is Wycombe, Bucks, UK, and I would like the person bidding on this project to have experience submitting the full application so they can undertake this for us. I propose to build the external elevation of the property on the footprint of the existing boundary (garden) wall. We’ll need to include addition of a side/rear gate in the existing garden wall; new brick wall side elevation of the house - garden gate - old garden wall continues after the gate. The existing footprint is circa 50msq and the extension footprint is circa 25msq. This is the planning authority list of requirements; https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/building-or-improving-your-property/how-to-prepare-a-valid-planning-application/plans-and-diagrams-to-submit-with-your-planning-application/
