I’m looking for an architect to carry out house plan for a project in Mauritius close to the seaside.
Scope of works:
1. Plot of land 47m x 20m
2. 6 properties with Ground floor, first floor and roof terrace.
3. Need 8no. car parking
4. Each property to have own small swimming pools.
including render and layout - full scope
I can assist with my own suggestions and other planning requirements. And we need to work closely.
