Create a 15 Minute Explainer video with Stock and AI Footage

I have a 15 minute explainer video audio that needs building into a video from scratch into a polished final cut. The narration has already been recorded and is ready to go - I just need someone to create the video around it. I am a market research interviewer/moderator and I want to create a tool that will enable me to deliver AI-based interviews alongside those that I conduct myself. The aim will be to offer a service whereby I deliver a handful of 'human' moderated interviews and these are augmented with a greater number of AI moderated interviews.
