Ebook editing required

Hi there,

I'm putting together an ebook based on my podcast. It consists of 200 episodes, and each page of the ebook will focus on 1 episode, providing 3 key insights, and 1 quote from the guest.

At the moment, the content has been put together using ChatGPT and the transcripts. I need someone who can go through the existing content, edit it to read more human and normal, and then put the content into the Canva template.
