Provide human transcription of meeting (42 minutes)

I have an audio of a meeting which I need transcribed into a word document.

It is in english. One accent is Scottish - It's not too bad, but it's probably the more difficult one to understand. The other is English.

This translation needs to be done by a human. I've paid for an AI service to get a transcript, and while it is okay, I need something almost perfect as it is in regards to a job.

The price listed is just what PPH has offered. I am of course flexible. Please send your own budget, along with how when you could have this done by. Priority given to someone who can have it compete before monday.
