Managed Services - IT Support Specialist/Admin Executive
The IT Support Specialist will work with a team of managed services specialists, administrators, and engineers to deliver excellent support and management of our customers’ environments. They will field issues and requests escalated directly by customer IT personnel, end-users, and monitoring tools. This role will have broad exposure across a range of end-user devices, networks, servers, virtualization, and security platforms. The support specialist will be expected to work issues independently, and when needed, with the assistance of senior subject matter experts on the team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with an ability to learn quickly and provide exceptional customer service. Automate two Excel Files
I need to automate the following process in Excel using VBA. File 1 This is a reference file. See attached. Users can add/delete from this. File 2 File 2 is the Excel Master Template. In worksheet 1, there is a measure name in column A and a table with the 12 months of the year, split by quarter in columns B,C,D and E. The measures or tasks that people do in their day get manually input by TLs each month in the respective cell of the month against a measure line in cell B3, B4, C3, C4 and C13, C14 etc., TLs can manually update other cells that are not relevant to this exercise. In addition, there are 12 other tabs in this file, one for each month. Each of these tabs has its own tables with data in them that people manually enter. Format of these tables are the same for each month tab. These two files are saved in the same folder. TLs currently open File 2, go to worksheet 1 and manually insert the task or measure that they did each month. For example, they will update figures and text cell B3 for January and in C2 for February and so on. They can also update tasks that they hope to in future months. TLs update this same information again in the corresponding monthly tab. I want to automate this process using VBA. Pick the information from worksheet 1, say, cell B2, B3, B4 for January and copy the information into cell B33, B37, B28 etc., in the January tab. However, any other information that already exists in the monthly tabs in other cells that has been manually input should retain that information irrespective of the macro. They manually input the individual reference number and name in columns B1 and B2 of these monthly tabs. This needs to be automated using VBA using predictive text and populated to all the monthly tabs. In simple terms: Open file 2, pick reference data from 1 and populate cells in B1 and B2 in 12 monthly tabs. Then run VBA and take information from worksheet 1 and insert into specific cells in their coo corresponding monthly tab. Have a ‘Save As’ option defaulted to where File 2 was picked with the file name defaulted to the reference name picked. I use Office365 at work and my data is confidential. Therefore, I have created two dummy data files in Excel for you to work on. I have to replicate what you do in my work computer. Therefore, I must be able to re-type the VBA code at work. My suggestion is to create an Update tab for this as per File 2. Happy to look at alternatives. For someone with good VBA skills, this isn’t a difficult/time consuming job. So, if the VBA code need to change by a single line, I don't want you to charge me for an hours work! Timeline is roughly to have a demo version within three/four days and a permanent solution within one/two weeks max as I have to juggle any testing around my day job and possible yours. Microsoft Azure set up issue - should be a simple fix
I'm trying to get a Wordpress website live on Azure. I added the App but the domain is already set up to Office365 and I can't edit the DNS records at the domain registrar as it reads "The domain is using 3rd party nameservers. DNS records added here won't have effect". The Microsoft help pages say I have to log into Office 365 and then update the DNS records there. I've found the right place (Admin Outlook 365 > domains) but I'm unable to add the CNAME record to the existing DNS records. Is this something you can resolve? Basically at the moment the domain that has been produced is called: websitename.azurewebsites.net and it needs to be just the websitename.com Can you fix this? If you understand Microsoft Azure set-up this should be a quick fix (according to Microsoft) although I have admin rights, I can't see where make the changes.

We are a very small IT Support business. We have a small number of business clients who rely on us to provide IT support services. We do not have a fixed office address, all of our staff work either at the client premises or remotely. We provide helpdesk services to clients, which is available for use 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone to cover our helpdesk for 2 to 3 days per week. On-premises Office365 license activation via Azure proxy server
I am currently using Office365 on premise. Office 365 needs to activate its license every 30 days via Microsoft Cloud. Therefore, I have to open my firewall so that on-premises PCs can communicate with Microsoft office URLs and Microsoft CDNs. I am looking for a solution to setup a proxy server in Azure cloud. It will get licenses activated. My on-premises PCs only connect to this proxy server for activation, and they will not have any internet connection.

Wordpress Stop Sending Emails
I Need a wordpress or php Expert I'm Unable to Receive email. from my , Everything was working fine until a change my primary email address to godaddy.com office365 email , I contact godaddy.com and they assured me that everything is fine on there end, And let me add that the office365 email is working fine normally, just not with wordpress.. Need help setting up SMTP for a GoDaddy site
Having lots of problems setting up SMTP for a GoDaddy site. The email I need to use is Office365 and is contracted separately from GoDaddy. I've entered the host (hosting.secureserver.net), port (25), username, password, everything, and it's not working. Have had endless conversations with GoDaddy chat and they cannot do anything they don't know what the issue is, current web developer cannot fix it either so need an expert in this. I'm using plugin 'Easy WP SMTP', I am on Maximum Linux Hosting with cPanel with GoDaddy. Office 365 and Teams expert help needed - two hours work max
We are a tiny company using the very basic MS Office 365 licence for 5 users. I need a real expert to help me with some Office365 and Microsoft Teams experts. I have the following issues that I am hoping someone can help fix: 1) I keep getting mixed up with which accounts I should be using, which means sometimes I can access MS apps and other times I can't. 2) Teams event show in my Outlook Calendar but not in my Teams application, so I can't add extra products etc 3) I have a major Teams presentation coming up and want to make sure that I know exactly what I am doing. I want to be able to add Powerpoint and Polling capabilities (Slido or Poll Everywhere or similiar), use breakout rooms and if at all possible use the multilingual capabilities of Teams/Powerpoint. I need to present in English and Portuguese I think most of these things an expert can show me reasonably quickly over a single hour session in Teams or Zoom (I don't have Teamviewer or Anydesk). You will need the following skills: 1) Excellent spoken English 2) At least 5 years experience of administering Office 365 and Teams 3) Proven experience of putting together Teams presentations that include polling, Powerpoint integration and presenting to dual language audiences I do not need help with the design of the presentation itself, but any hints or tips when using Teams would be helpful.
