We need our ZoHo CRM setup including:-
Price book setup
Quote workflow
- sent, confirmed, contract sent (via ZoHo sign), invoice, order placed, order status via email, Order complete.
Link to Xero for invoicing (if possible)
Need to see clients multiple orders and status of each order.
Link into FreshDesk (if possible)
Commission calculations and salesman commission reports
Link to ZoHo Campaign, ZoHo SalesIQ, ZoHo Survey
Various reports
We use Office365 and SharePoint.
We are a small company and only 2 users will be using the CRM.
Details of similar projects and cost are important for this project.
