Office 365 and Teams expert help needed - two hours work max

We are a tiny company using the very basic MS Office 365 licence for 5 users.

I need a real expert to help me with some Office365 and Microsoft Teams experts. I have the following issues that I am hoping someone can help fix:

1) I keep getting mixed up with which accounts I should be using, which means sometimes I can access MS apps and other times I can't.

2) Teams event show in my Outlook Calendar but not in my Teams application, so I can't add extra products etc

3) I have a major Teams presentation coming up and want to make sure that I know exactly what I am doing. I want to be able to add Powerpoint and Polling capabilities (Slido or Poll Everywhere or similiar), use breakout rooms and if at all possible use the multilingual capabilities of Teams/Powerpoint. I need to present in English and Portuguese

I think most of these things an expert can show me reasonably quickly over a single hour session in Teams or Zoom (I don't have Teamviewer or Anydesk).

You will need the following skills:

1) Excellent spoken English
2) At least 5 years experience of administering Office 365 and Teams
3) Proven experience of putting together Teams presentations that include polling, Powerpoint integration and presenting to dual language audiences

I do not need help with the design of the presentation itself, but any hints or tips when using Teams would be helpful.
