Project Overview We are looking for a junior–mid level SEO specialist to support a new website for a three-year professional training programme in the Adria region (Croatia, Slovenia, and surrounding markets). The programme is part-online, part-onsite, and based on the Grof Legacy Training lineage (Stanislav Grof / Holotropic Breathwork). The target audience is licensed therapists, facilitators, and professionals in the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy and transpersonal psychology. This is not a clinical service website and not intended for general consumer or patient acquisition. The goal is to ensure the site is fully optimised and discoverable ahead of our enrolment campaign launching 1 July, with the programme starting 15 October. Scope of Work 1. I am a French architect (registered practice) seeking an experienced Rhino modeller for a clean 3D model of a single-family house project in Normandy, France. Context. Existing stone farmhouse (longère type, approx. 17.7 × 7.5 m, slate gable roof) with an attached stone barn and a detached outbuilding. The project is a timber extension replacing the current dwelling volume: a compact two-storey body of approx. 12 × 9 m, double-height living space, fully glazed gable facing the terrace, exposed timber frame, slate roof. A photorealistic reference image of the intended architecture will be supplied. Inputs provided. 1. Dhg file with 2D plans at real scale in millimetres (existing state and project state, layered). 2. PDF booklet of the sketch phase: floor plans, axonometric views, elevations, architectural notice. 3. Site photographs. 4. Reference render of the timber option. Deliverables. 1. A clean Rhino 7 .3dm file 2. Closed solids (polysurfaces) for walls, floor slabs, roof; modelled openings with correct sill and lintel heights. 3. Office Space Planning Support - Desk Layout & Seating Options

We are looking for someone to help us with office space planning for a small office team of around 8 people. This is not a request for a full interior design project or a 3D walkthrough. What we need is a practical, intelligent desk layout plan that helps us make better use of the space and work out where people should sit. We have the key dimensions of the office, desk sizes, number of screens, printers, floor boxes, plug sockets, air conditioning units, and other fixed points. We can provide a floor plan or rough sketch with measurements, along with photos of the space if helpful. The main requirement is to help us play around with different layout options for desks and seating positions. We would also like to provide some context on each person in the office, including: Their role and who they work closely with Where they currently sit What works and does not work about their current position Any preferences or restrictions around where they should sit Which team members should ideally be close together Any areas we want to keep clear or use more effectively The aim is to end up with a few sensible layout options that show where desks could go and where each person could sit. We are looking for someone who can think practically about workflow, communication, comfort, noise, screens, sockets, printers, and general day-to-day office use. The final output could be a simple 2D plan, annotated layout, or clear desk/seating diagram. It does not need to be overly polished, but it does need to be accurate, easy to understand, and useful for making a decision. Ideally, we would like someone with experience in office space planning, workplace layouts, facilities planning, or practical interior layout design.
