Job Description:

At Healthxchange we pride ourselves on being a leading distributor of premium skincare products across the UK. As our content production accelerates with the brands we work with and training we offer, we are in need to expand our creative resource on hand. We are in search of a proficient video editor with the potential to support our product shot photography and other content production initiatives. The right candidate will not only have a knack for storytelling through video but will also make an effort to understand the nuances and standards of the skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit video content to resonate with our brand's voice, style, and guidelines while capturing the essence of premium skincare.
Ensure the technical quality of videos – including resolution, sound quality, and other related elements.
Collaborate with our creative team to grasp project scope and objectives.
Provide insights on shooting, graphics, music selection, and other facets of production.
Assist in product shot photography, ensuring each shot complements our premium skincare range.
Execute post-production tasks, such as colour correction, sound mixing, and special effects.
Stay abreast of the latest editing software, techniques, and skincare industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing, preferably within the beauty or skincare sector.
Robust portfolio showcasing your video editing and, if relevant, photography work.
Mastery of industry-standard video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Basic knowledge of camera setups, particularly in product photography, would be advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for visual aesthetics.
Capable of managing concurrent projects and adhering to strict deadlines.
Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with our creative team.
