Leicester, GBHi Richard. I'm sorry chap but i'm asking for a full refund. I have seen nothing from you. Deadlines have been missing and a simple request to be given a timeline for the sequence was ignored, which could have helped me plan at my end. This leaves me in no doubt that the job has not even been started. There has been a general lack of communication and willingness to show any progress of the work which I think is unacceptable.
My last message was read by you on Friday and you could not even respond to this to confirm the new deadline.
I've now made new arrangements and will not use your services again, I have deadlines to meet here and I have no other choice but to move on.
