Animated Logo

I teach groups using Powerpoint and would like a logo to be animated. I would like it to discreetly scratch its left bum cheek, or pick its nose or scratch its nose from time to time. To turn its head and smile or wink, change feet, anything really. Running on the globe so the globe spins underneath etc. Turning the head and waving could be good.
The image will be on the opening 'Welcome' screen and will stay there while everyone comes into the classroom to take their seat etc. I would therefore like it on a loop until I move forward with the presentation.
