Wordpress Website Bug Fixes and Development

We require some bug fixes and enhancements to our Wordpress website: staging.cypro.co.uk

Bugs
1. Homepage headline not appearing unless mouse is moved
- Occasionally the homepage headline text "Elevate your security, accelerate your growth." and its subheader don't load until the mouse is moved a tiny amount.

2. Footer needs fixing
- Should be 3 columns with links to the policies on a single line underneath

3. Remove Twitter feed from Footer

4. Chat widget and cookie banner conflict (buttons overlap)
- Cannot click on the accept button for cookies on some screen sizes - suggest having the buttons for cookies on the left rather than right

5. Edit to menus in headers
- Header menu's which have nested menu's within them e.g. Services should have a little down triangle arrow on the right to denote there is a sub-menu
- Also the sub-menu itself should be left justified/aligned rather than right justified aligned as it is at present
- There is also more white space on the left currently than the right, they should be equal (the spacing currently on the right looks good)

6. Contact Forms are Broken (we are using Contact Form 7)
- WPX Support advised we use an SMTP plugin (https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-outlook-
mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/) but plugins not good for speed can this be done without need for another plugin?

7. Contact Us page buttons:
Please program the buttons on the Contact us page to;
- Chat: open the chat window
- Email: hyperlink to the email form below
- Call: to call our landline number

Enhancements:

1. Create a nice looking pop-up that delivers the whitepaper to their inbox

2. Embed Calendly integration into call booking / contact us pages

3. Test & Optimise for Speed using gtmetrix.com - we are currently Grade F and are aiming for A

4. Test & Optimise for Device Compatibility (esp. mobile)
