Dubai, AEThe work was weeks late, and it was never completed (instead we had to push back the deadline for the client) and there were a number of excuses where we kept getting blamed (the freelancer does not accept responsibly for anything.) Swati is actually also a man called ankit. He successfully extracted the data but did not follow my instructions showing what needed to be done with the data and it was not QA’d properly at all, each time telling us that we needed to check all 2000 fields of data.
Technically he is very good, but cannot follow deadlines or complete a task properly.
