Wordpress /CSS assistance

I'm looking to build a relationship with a freelance developer/designer. I will need someone with solid experience with visual composer and elementor. Must have excellent attention to details with brilliant CSS, PHP, and exceptional written and verbal communication...we will need to converse regularly on Skype which will be my main point of contact.

There will be plenty of regular work for the right person but initially I will provide an hour or so work.
The main work will involve making sure websites look and function the best on all mobile/tablet devices. To demonstrate you have understood the brief please respond with 'CSS master'.
