I have a Sketch file with 2 pages (home page + article page). I need this convert to code. I have attached a sample of what it will look like.
Basic Requirements:
* I prefer this design to be implemented in the Ant Design framework (https://ant.design/ or https://pro.ant.design/)
** If the framework forces a few minor design changes, that is OK
** If you believe another framework is better, make the argument in your offer (faster/cheaper/etc)
* Using that framework means, the project should be a ReactJS page. Assume it will be static generated.
Please ask questions if you need clarification.
