Boy did I get lucky. Many people applied for this small task of updating the website. (I've had many bad experiences with web people before, in terms of flakiness and extreme arrogance.) Somehow I felt assured by Aleena's command of English and communication. Aleena did a remarkable job in every way. She is extremely punctual and clear. I gave about 20 updates that easily could've been botched or half paid attention to, but Aleena addressed each issue perfectly. SHE GOT IT and delivered. And answered things that went beyond the scope of the job, in some ways. I hope she knows how thankful I am. Bravo.
