Sant Marti, ESneed to improve the communication. we have big handicap on there.

No I dont think so my communication is weak throughout the tasks. I fulfill all my commitments on due date. if you make changes in tasks after the task completed that was a new requirement in freelancers perspective and Its upto I to give you favour or not. If I refuse that does not mean that my communication skills are weak.
