Need a new website created for our carehome.

The website itself doesn't need to be transactional, but it will be need to be a neat, professional looking website which will allow visitors to find out all about the home, find out about the facilities, find out more about the services offered, get in touch etc..

We'll also need to agree hourly rates for content amends in advance, so once built if we need further work done, we are happy with charges you're offering. You'll need to sign over the rights to the website and give us full access.
